Each month Wanstead mails out hundreds of statements, this is not environmentally friendly, costs your co-op money, and means you must wait for a few days to receive your statement.
In our ongoing effort to be environmentally friendly, cut costs, and provide our clients with timely service the following changes are being implemented:
myFS Clients:
Please be advised that as of March 31, 2024, your statements will no longer be provided by mail. Please reference your myFS account for your statement (you can print it if needed). If you have any questions regarding your account, please feel free to contact any Wanstead Employee for assistance. Should you still require your statement to be mailed please call 519-340-7575 and ask for Kathleen and she will update your account.
Clients with email:
Please be advised that as of April 30, 2024, provided we have your email address on file, your statements will be emailed to you rather than mailed. You may not be aware that you have access to a free program called myFS. This program provides you with access to your invoices, statements, grain settlements, scale tickets, stored grain position etc. (please see below). If you are unfamiliar with myFS, your sales representative would be happy to assist you to get it set up and walk you through the program. The Wanstead website has a link to allow you to sign up for myFS.
Should you still require your statement to be mailed please call 519-340-7575 and ask for Kathleen and she will update your account.
myFS Advantage
Some of the MyFS Solution Centre features include:
• Account overview
• View invoices, statements, pre-pays, and bookings
• View product purchase history
• Explore field-level precision ag data, including current weather conditions, application history, Soil Sample Reports,
• Grain transactions: scale tickets, settlements, storage balance…
• Receive important news and notifications from FS and your salesperson
• You can provide your login information to your accountant, then they can view and print all your transactions through the co-op that they require in order to complete your taxes or statements
