Cereal grains continue to show strength at midday.  Tighter than expected North American wheat stocks will support the wheat complex, while corn is gaining strength, after initially trading lower as anecdotal reports of reduced harvest yields due to fungal disease trickle in from the eastern Corn Belt.

Soybeans have rallied 7 cents/bu off of their lows, as strength in the grain complex as a whole is tempering losses in the bean complex.

The StoneX Brazil office today raised their Brazilian production projections.  Their 2021/22 soybean estimate was raised by 1 million tonnes to 144.3, and their first crop corn estimate was raised by 200,000 tonnes to 30.03.  Early rains have raised enthusiasm over the Brazilian crop over the past couple of weeks.
