We are looking for some dedicated citizen scientists!
Would you like to be a citizen scientist with Community Collaborative Rain Hail and Snow network?
(CoCoRahs) cocorahs.org/Canada

You would be part of a larger community of like-minded people that would help support our 80 automated weather stations with additional rainfall data to support our new initiative of the AGGrower Daily Dashboard program.
This program allows our local farmers to access field specific climate information on each and every field and also receive timely agronomic management advice based on the current weather during the growing season.
What is required of you?
  • Currently live in Essex, Chatham-Kent, Lambton, West Middlesex or Elgin Counties
  • Your keen interest and dedication to collecting rainfall
  • An open area free of obstructions at your property
  • Smart phone device, Android or IOS
  • Download the free CoCoRahs app at the app store
  • Record rainfall every time it happens and enter zeros when it does not
What we provide
